This is the closest I ever got to recording one of my songs my way... Thank you Dan Sayers and Andy Dorman. It was a profound experience.

It was with this tune that I told Dan and Andy without looking up from the book I was reading that they should place the valve mic under the stairs. The stairs were exactly in the middle of the room. And so it made this triangle. They didn't listen immediately but when they did they turned to me in amazement. How did I know they had inquired... I'm not sure if I then explained what Jason Leach had proclaimed upon hearing "Holding On" or if I left them to guess...
